A 4-week solution-focused therapy programme
This online course explains how you can empty your stress bucket with solution-focused therapy and keep it empty for life. The weekly videos are designed to be as close to my in-person therapy sessions as possible. Even better, you can go through the process at your own pace as well as repeat and review any of the content as much and whenever you like.
Don’t think you’ll just be watching videos though. You will be learning about brain function, answering solution-focused questions and doing lots of relaxation exercises as well. Worksheets for each session are included.
